By accessing or using Menuva services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Menuva provides a SaaS platform for creating and managing digital QR menus for hospitality businesses.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 5-day grace period after subscription expiry before your menu page is deactivated.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Menuva platform, including all software, designs, and content created by us, is owned by Menuva. Content you upload remains your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Menuva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
