Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your service remains active until the end of the paid period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued, but the service remains active until the end of the subscription year.
Free Plan
The Basic (free) plan has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies.
